• Exclusions: For the safety and hygiene of all our valued customers, certain items such as E-liquids, premium vape coils, vape pods, and our popular disposable vape products, including those infused with nic salt, are non-returnable. However, if any of these items are found to be genuinely faulty upon arrival, we are committed to providing a prompt resolution.
