Warranty Coverage

  • Duration: All vape devices and e-cig vape purchased from Smokz Vape Store come with a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised repairs, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Us:
    • Email our customer service team at support@smokz.co.uk or call us at 07517 466264 to initiate a warranty claim. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos.
  2. Evaluation:
    • Our team will evaluate your claim and may request additional information or troubleshooting steps to determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
  3. Authorization:
    • If the claim is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  4. Return the Item:
    • Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and manuals. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
    • Ship the package to Smokz Vape Store, 204 Harrow View, Harrow, HA2 6PL. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Smokz Vape Store is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Processing Your Warranty Claim

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to verify the warranty claim.
  • Resolution: If the item is found to be defective and covered under warranty, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
    • Repair the item.
    • Replace the item with the same model or an equivalent model if the original is unavailable.
    • Issue a store credit or refund if a repair or replacement is not possible.
  • Shipping Costs: Smokz Vape Store will cover the shipping costs for sending the repaired or replaced item back to you.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • Consumable Items: The warranty does not cover consumable items such as vape coils, refillable pods, e-liquids and disposable vape.
  • Unauthorised Repairs: Any attempt to repair or modify the item by unauthorised persons voids the warranty.
  • Cosmetic Damage: The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the device.
