5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 We offer shipping 7 days a week via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48, and express courier delivery with UPS and Royal Mail Special Delivery.
5.2 Cut-off times for same-day dispatch are 12pm for UPS (Mon-Thu) and 3pm Royal Mail (Mon-Fri).
5.3 We do not ship to locations outside of the UK, including British overseas territories.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Our returns policy allows you to return items within 30 days of purchase if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
6.2 E-liquids, coils, and disposable vape products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, unless faulty.
6.3 For faulty or incorrect items, contact our customer service team immediately for a replacement or refund.
7. Warranty
7.1 We offer a 90-day warranty on all devices and hardware for manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use.
7.2 The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised repairs, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
7.3 Consumable items such as coils, pods, and e-liquids are not covered by the warranty.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Smokz Vape Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
8.2 Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
9.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
