Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Condition: Vape kits and Vape Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • Exclusions: E-liquids, vape coils, vape pods and disposable vape products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless they are faulty.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us:

    • Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  3. Pack Your Item:

    • Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and free gifts. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Shipping:

    • Ship the package to Smokz Vape Store, 204 Harrow View, Harrow, HA2 6PL. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Smokz Vape Store is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Processing Your Return

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria.
  • Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, we will process and ship the replacement item(s) once the returned item(s) have been inspected and approved.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • Contact Us: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • E-liquids, vape coils, vape pods and disposable vape products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they are faulty.
