5.1 Options: We offer delivery 7 days a week via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48. For faster delivery, we also offer express courier options with UPS, DPD, and Royal Mail Special Delivery.
5.2 Dispatch Times: Orders placed before the cut-off times will be dispatched the same day. Cut-off times are 3 PM for UPS and Royal Mail Special Delivery, and 4 PM for DPD.
5.3 International Shipping: We do not ship to locations outside the UK, including British overseas territories.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Returns: We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team for instructions.
6.2 Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days to the original method of payment.
