Eligibility for Refunds

  • Timeframe: Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of purchase.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Exclusions: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, e-liquids, vape coils, refillable pods and disposable vapes products are non-refundable unless they are faulty.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us:

    • Email our customer service team at support@smokz.co.uk or call us at 07517 466 264 to request a refund. Please provide your order number and reason for the refund request.

  2. Authorization:

    • Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  3. Return the Item:

    • Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and free gifts. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

    • Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Smokz Vape Store is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Processing Your Refund

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria.

  • Approval: If the return is approved, we will process your refund.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was faulty or incorrect.
