Great device, battery lasts long

Had this 3 weeks now, and think it's the best pod I have purchased. I like having adjustable airflow, and how you can adjust how powerful you want the pull. The battery last all day, the draw on pod is good, and coils for flavours really good. All in all great kit.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us:

  • Authorization:

    • Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  • Pack Your Item:

    • Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and free gifts. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  • Shipping:

    • Ship the package to Smokz Vape Store, 204 Harrow View, Harrow, HA2 6PL. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Smokz Vape Store is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

    Processing Your Return

    • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria.
    • Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
