Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Condition:Vape kits and Vape Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
Exclusions: E-liquids, vape coils, vape pods and disposable vape products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless they are faulty.
How to Return an Item
Contact Us:
Email our customer service team at support@smokz.co.uk or call us at 07517 466 264 to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Authorization:
Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Pack Your Item:
Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and free gifts. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Shipping:
Ship the package to Smokz Vape Store, 204 Harrow View, Harrow, HA2 6PL. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Smokz Vape Store is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
Processing Your Return
Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria.
Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, we will process and ship the replacement item(s) once the returned item(s) have been inspected and approved.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Contact Us: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
E-liquids, vape coils, vape pods and disposable vape products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they are faulty.
