• Condition: Vape kits and all Vape Products must be returned in pristine, unused condition, precisely as they were received. This includes their original, undamaged packaging, complete with all seals intact, and must be in a condition suitable for resale to another discerning customer.
• Exclusions: For the safety and hygiene of all our valued customers, certain items such as E-liquids, premium vape coils, vape pods, and our popular disposable vape products, including those infused with nic salt, are non-returnable. However, if any of these items are found to be genuinely faulty upon arrival, we are committed to providing a prompt resolution.

 

How to Return an Item

• Pack Your Item: Carefully and securely package your item(s) in their original packaging. Critically, ensure the RMA number is prominently displayed on the exterior of the package for quick identification.
• Shipping: Dispatch your package to Smokz Vape Store, located at 204 Harrow View, Harrow, HA2 6PL. For your peace of mind and protection, we highly recommend utilizing a tracked and insured shipping service. This is vital as Smokz Vape Store cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost or sustain damage during the return transit.
• Please note that you, the customer, are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. We kindly inform you that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
